A Proven Therapy Process For Your Complex Trauma.
The crucial aspect of complex PTSD, the thing that makes it so different than uncomplicated trauma, is that in cPTSD trauma pervades the person. It’s in how they talk, how they dress, how they move through the world, and especially in how they relate to others. This turns out to be both a curse and a blessing: a curse because extricating all of trauma’s little tendrils is difficult work; but a blessing because it means there are limitless avenues by which to access traumatic material and process it.
